The terms for Stringer, the content engine: who you buy from, what you buy, paying, the set-up, the monthly service, cancelling & liability.
Last updated: 1 October 2026. These terms apply to every Stringer order. They are for businesses only.
Who you are buying from
Stringer is sold by Barry Vincent Healy, a sole trader in Dublin, Ireland, trading as BarrAI. Your contract is with him. Card payments are processed by Stripe. Questions about an order: bh@barryhealy.com.
What you are buying
Stringer, a content engine on your domain: the one powering InfoBets, TipLine & PollBet, set up for your category. It reads the sources for your beat all day, drafts short stories with every source linked on the page & sends each draft to your editor, who approves it with one tap on Telegram. Approved stories publish to your site & post to the social accounts & the Telegram channel you connect.
The set-up covers Stringer configured for your category (its sources, its beat & its house style), a content section on your WordPress site with story pages, sources, corrections & an about page, the connection to your social accounts & a Telegram channel, & the weekly report.
The monthly service covers running the engine, the AI & picture costs of Stringer’s daily output, updates & fixes, & support by email & Telegram.
We do not sell traffic, rankings, revenue or leads, & we do not promise any number of views, clicks or sales. The weekly report shows what was published & what your own counters & the networks measured, nothing estimated.
Price & paying
US$500 a month for the service. The US$1,500 set-up fee is waived on bookings by 31 October 2026 (for Beanstalk Challenge builders, by 12 November 2026). The first month is charged when you book; after that the monthly fee is charged on the same day each month. A booking quoted before 30 September 2026 at US$1,500 for the set-up & US$300 a month keeps that price if you prefer it. Prices exclude VAT. Where VAT applies it is shown on the invoice; a business in another EU country gives us its VAT number & accounts for the VAT itself (reverse charge).
By ordering you confirm that you are ordering for a business, not as a consumer.
We confirm every order
We confirm every order within one working day & then ask for access. If we decline an order, you get a full refund. We decline an order for a business that markets gambling to consumers in a market where it holds no licence, & for a category we could not report from sourced records.
What we need from you
- WordPress admin access, or your hosting login.
- Your category in one line & who reads it.
- Five sources you already read.
- The social accounts to post to.
- Who approves the stories.
You confirm you have the right to give us that access & to publish on the domain.
The set-up
Stringer goes live within 24 hours of the access working & the five answers above reaching us. If anything on our side moves that date, we tell you the new one.
Your stories & your editor
Nothing publishes without your editor’s approval, unless you ask in writing for automatic publishing. You are the publisher of the stories on your domain & responsible for what you approve. We build Stringer to report from sourced records & to link every source.
The stories published on your domain are yours to keep, including after you cancel. The engine, its code & its prompts stay ours; you may use them for your site while the service runs.
Access & data
We use the access you give us only to set up & run Stringer, & you can change the passwords at any time. When the service ends, we remove Stringer’s connections & tell you which accounts to close. Personal data is handled under our privacy policy.
Cancelling
Before Stringer goes live on your domain: a full refund of the set-up & the first month.
Once Stringer is live, the set-up fee covers the build & is not refundable. The monthly service runs until you cancel: email us with 30 days’ notice & the monthly fee stops at the end of the notice.
We may end the service with 30 days’ notice, or at once if the fees go unpaid or Stringer is used for anything unlawful.
Liability
If we fail to deliver what you paid for, we fix it or refund it. Our total liability is the fees you paid in the three months before the claim, & we are not liable for indirect losses such as lost profits, or for outages of the services Stringer depends on: your hosting, WordPress, the AI models, the social networks & Telegram. Nothing in these terms limits liability that the law does not allow to be limited.
Law & changes
These terms are governed by the law of Ireland & the courts of Ireland decide any dispute. We may update these terms; the version on this page when you order applies to your order, & we give 30 days’ notice of any change to the monthly service.
